2024 Eastern States 100 Part 1 – DNS

Not your typical race report, this covers five months post Eastern States 100 where I did not start (DNS). Although everyone technically DNS due to hurricane Debby, I had more to unravel as I mentally unraveled the night before. This covers what I’ve learned in the time since, including my purpose running and how my understanding of anxiety has changed.
